I'm Laura Leon, Board Certified Behavior Analyst. With more than 7 years of experience, I have helped individuals improve behaviors that make the most impact on their lives.
For nearly 5 years, I was part of an amazing team at a non-public school serving children and families in Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia. As a team, we combined our passion for helping others and skills in special education and behavior analysis to create uniquely tailored education and services for students and their families.
At school, I worked with families that were trying their best to “do all things” but felt exhausted and defeated. Once I saw the need for support in the home of my students and families, my focus shifted and helping families in their homes turned into my passion. It has been such a great privilege to work with so many beautiful families and to have the opportunity to teach children the behaviors and skills we often take for granted.
I help families problem solve and find a balance when parenting becomes a struggle. Currently, I share my experience by providing direct ABA services to families and consulting (parent training and school consultations).
